How about Cary Elwes for Lord Edward in either campaign?
Ok, if you all don't know already I'm extremely crappy with thinking of actors names and whatnot so these choices may suck.
For Helmut the only built German (Austrian) that I can think of would be Arnold Schwartzenegger. For the looks and for the fact that his only good lines are usually one liners.
For Alexei / Vladimir I would have to go with Tim Curry. He'd be playing a Russian like he did in The Hunt for Red October but a little less stiff more like in the early parts of Clue. But he'd look like he did in Congo.
